Greta, the Kiln Baker

Nothing is unfixable after soup.

Greta keeps the old stone oven. Before the long winter she simmers acorns, wild berries and pumpkins into Memory Broth - and anyone who drinks it can taste their happiest afternoon again, even if the Frost has touched them.

In their pocket: Pearl, in German and Greek. A village baker with a pumpkin spoon.

Details
Handmade in small batches from natural materials — a dried pea pod, star anise, pine cones, cotton, wool felt and wood. Each one is finished by hand, so slight differences in colour, texture and decoration are normal.

What’s included
The doll, their own illustrated story card, and a Pod Realm sticker.

Care, and ageing
Spot clean only. Keep away from water, damp and direct sunlight. Over the years the pod and the dried flowers will soften and fade — that is not a flaw, it is the trace left by time’s hand, and the romance of a piece of art growing old with you. Not a toy for children under 3.

Shipping
Handmade in small batches — please allow 5–7 days before dispatch. Worldwide shipping.
