Are these dolls handmade?

Yes. Every doll is cut, stuffed, stitched and finished by hand, in small batches. No factory, no assembly line.

Who are the characters?

They are the residents of the Old Wood — Elowen the Lamp Keeper, Greta the Kiln Baker, Tristan the Twilight Bard and ten more. Each has a name, a role and one small thing they carry. Their story cards come in the box.

How big are they?

Roughly 12–14 cm tall — small enough to sit in the palm of your hand. Exact sizes vary slightly because each one is finished by hand.

Why does mine look slightly different from the photo?

Because it is handmade from natural materials. Small differences in colour, texture and placement are expected and are not defects.

How long until it ships?

Each doll is finished in small batches. Please allow 5–7 days before dispatch, plus shipping time. In busy weeks it can take up to 10 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over $75.

Is it safe for children?

These are decorative handmade pieces, not toys. They contain small parts (buttons, bells, wooden pieces) and are not suitable for children under 3.

How do I care for it?

Spot clean only. Keep away from water, damp and direct sunlight. The natural materials do not like getting wet.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes — everything ships gift-ready in a kraft box with the resident’s story card inside. Add a handwritten note at checkout, or let them choose with a gift card.
