Processing time
Every doll is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days before dispatch. During busy periods (and every November–December) please allow up to 10 days.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders over $75 ship free. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Duties and taxes may apply on arrival depending on your country. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Packaging
Everything arrives gift-ready: a kraft box, tissue paper, the doll’s own story card and a sticker. A small drying packet is included to protect the natural materials in transit.
Returns
Because each doll is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your doll arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo and we will repair or replace it.
Customs
Our dolls contain natural plant materials (dried pea pod, star anise, pine cone). Some countries may inspect plant materials on arrival. If your order is held or refused at customs, contact us and we will work it out with you.
